Our chef always tries to sense the change of seasons and harnesses that feeling when gathering the seasonal ingredients for his recipes. When dining, ask for a good matching sake to accompany the meal and invigorate your sense of taste! Our direct booking plan contains options for additional Wagyu-beef steak menu. (And we can flexibly suggest your 2nd and 3rd evening different dinner menus if you stay longer with us!)
